How does Sidekick generate prompts?

We combine time/day context with your past engagement and topics to generate relevant prompts. You can also regenerate a prompt during onboarding.

What data do you collect?

Account info (phone, timezone), your journal entries, delivery logs, AI summaries (topics, sentiment, depth, suicide risk if indicated), and safety flags. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do you handle sensitive or unsafe content?

We use automated checks. For self-harm indicators, we may send you information about the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Other violations may receive a warning; repeated issues may lead to suspension.

Can I send photos, audio, or video?

Not yet. If you send MMS, we will reply letting you know that only text is supported right now.

What if I reply with just an emoji or a quick reaction?

Reactions and emoji-only replies are treated as acknowledgements and are not saved as journal entries.

How do I unsubscribe?

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You can also cancel your subscription in the dashboard.

How is billing handled?

We use Stripe for subscriptions. You can manage your plan from the dashboard.
